Pratt states that we have enough water to grow, but not enough water to waste. He uses Intel as an example, of how they recycle water, using every drop that they can.

Due to us living in the desert, SRP is working extremely hard to ensure that their loses are down to almost nothing. Pratt shares that they will continue to find new ways to store more water, whether that be underground or in available flood control spaces.

Are we running out of water? Pratt states that no, we are not, regardless of the hard times. There is a lot of resiliency in SRP's systems and they have done climate change models that they are feeling confident about.

Affordability is the biggest concern for people throughout the country, Pratt reinstates how important those programs are when it comes to saving money in the summer. He states that SRP is consistently one of the top three companies when it comes to reliability each year.

As the summer months bring on higher utility bills, SRP has audits, programs, and rebates in place to moderate the price during the peak time of the day. They have the largest pre-pay program in North America.

Pratt shares his insights on AI, he states that ASU is doing the opposite than most organizations by using AI as a tool rather than an enemy. SRP has been integrating AI in their everyday and they are actively using it in their customer service department.

Pratt and Princell discussed the challenges when it comes to finding skilled craft people. Pratt states that this will be one of the biggest issues that will be seen around the country.

Pratt stated that SRP the more they can work with others on the front end the better they can do. His tip is to bring the engineers and the infrastructure people in faster.
