Welcome back to our meal prep, where we walk you through, step by step, bulk meals that are healthy, cheap, and easy! This week we are making Japanese Curry that you can make for ~$4 a meal!
Step 1: Wash your vegetables well.
Step 2: Dice your Chicken Breast, Carrots, Yellow Potatoes, and onions. Add it to the Slow Cooker along with the Beef Bone Broth, Worcestershire Sauce, and Honey.
(I have modified the initial recipe to use only 2 onions, as it felt to be to much, and have removed carrots from our batch as neither myself or my fiancรฉ like cooked carrots.)
Step 3: Mix everything together thoroughly.
Step 4: Cover and cook on High for ~4-5 hours or Low for ~5-6 hours.
We will be cooking it on low, so we will be back her at 5pm EST for the next steps! ๐งต
