Deceptive headline. All petrol available in India is adulterated with ethanol, e20 being the standard (as declared on paper). The excise duty waiver has only been announced for petrol with over 22% adulteration with ethanol. Over 80% petrol vehicles in India are not compatible with anything above e10. This madness to add more and more ethanol is just an attack on the finances of the vehicle owners.
