A11. I think mentorship first comes with self-assessment as it requires time and a lot of patience. Next, I'd recommend finding something that you're truly passionate about so it shines through as you seek to help others. #LaunchHour

A10. The one piece of advice that I repeat to myself on a daily basis is "Nobody owes you anything!". That sentence has helped me to "Get Over It", on more than one occasion, so I can focus on the mission at hand which is never dependent on what others can do for me. #LaunchHour

A9. I was a bit rouge in my hunt for mentors. From finding them via Google and simply calling them up to sending others a LinkedIn message while they were presenting on stage. As long as you understand the value you can bring to them I think it's worth the long shot. #LaunchHour

A8. I wish someone had told me early on to trust my gut. When you're passionate and protective over this "thing" you've been creating it can be tough to know when you're making the right decisions. A step forward is always the right decision, no matter the outcome. #LaunchHour

A4. When starting without the appropriate knowledge or even the right support system, it can be tempting to throw in the towel. I think mentorship can help to fill that void as it often provides the confidence some may need to stay the course. #LaunchHour

A3. I believe mentorship is an important part of ones success in career and business. Making mistakes along your journey is inevitable but to have the genuine support and guidance from someone who has already been where you're trying to go is invaluable. #LaunchHour
