#COVID19 Vermoeide zorgmedewerkers houden werk beter vol met 10 minuten virtual reality relaxatie (VRelax).
Onderzoek @umcg IC verpleegkundigen: #stress niveau daalde ruim 40% in 10 minuten. 64% gaf aan dat VRelax hielp, 71% wil VRelax op de afdeling. vrelax.com
