Talked about PTSD and suicidal thoughts at my CW3 promotion ceremony. Told the audience that you can reach out if needed. Someone will be there who cares. I have made a plan before, I have PTSD, I have done EMDR. I am still here and I made CW3. There is no stigma.

The Musings of Chief: Super proud Army Dad moment. This Trooper was an E-2 when I had her. She is now a WO1 and will graduate WOBC this month. I actually get to see her today for the first time in five years.
