Superb pair of exhibitions @britishlibrary! Apologies for blurry photos but some real gems included seeing the Luttrell Psalter for real, Hildegard of Bingen's (absolute legend) Book of Divine Works, Margaret of Anjou's lion's skull and the smell of a Julian of Norwich vision!

Fantastic experience to be on the panel explaining and discussing the importance of Environmental History for this event on Tuesday! So pleased that more people are speaking about this and seeing its value!
On 18 June 2024, the Education Department held a Thematic Session on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in Strasbourg. Policy makers, educators, NGOs, and students explored ESD's many facets, including environmental education through history, innovative practices, and youth engagement. #ESD #SustainableEducation Following this thematic session, the Working Group on the Reference Framework of Competences for Democratic Culture (RFCDC) and ESD convened for its third meeting on 18-19 June. The group discussed the outline of the upcoming guidance document on how the RFCDC can interrelate with ESD. #EducationForDemocracy Both the Thematic Session and the Working Group meeting marked a significant step forward in promoting Education for Sustainable Development. Excellent sessions for Year 9 with @SMGilbertLearn this week, focusing on Bristish responses to Jewish refugees! Students were really engaged and had lots of interesting questions. Bethany was fantastic and I would highly recommend this!

Excellent 2 days at #HAConf24 and just about recovering from the exhaustion caused by the overload of exciting ideas and strategies shared at the superb talks I was lucky enough to attend! Thank you @histassoc for organising such a fab event as always!
