Hey @PhillSnerdsFN you say I was in your stream but how would that be possible when I was working on my house all day yesterday and I'm also banned from watching your streams? Stop photoshopping images and editing images to make it look like I am watching your streams when I'm not. I don't got time to stalk your every move unlike you and which you have done for the past 2 months. Everytime I make a post or I say something that doesn't involve you at all you quickly jump the gun and want to assume everything I talk about is pointed to you and it's not. You also stated people don't come into my streams or my Discord server from your community but I actually banned 2 people from your community in my Discord Server 2 days ago, and also have been multiple members of your community on my Twitch channel as well. Phill also did reach out to me on Twitch whispers as I stated yesterday and this was also on the day that my dog got put down and he wouldn't have known that if he wasn't stalking my Twitter account but yet again I told him in the past to leave me alone and he didn't. I thought I would give him another chance to prove himself that maybe he is a good guy but in reality Phill is just some stuck up little brat that is starved for attention and takes no accountability. Now Phill also claimed I have nothing against him to get a Protective Order against and the funny thing is I actually do because I've already talked with my local officials and everything he's done is liable for that. Protective Orders are also free to get and you can get one against someone if you feel you are being threatened, stalked, or harassed. Now to back to the point of where Phill stole a content idea of mine in which he did. The concept of "Find the Fortnite Character" has been done by lots of people and that's fine but what isn't fine is when I mentioned on stream of an idea that wasn't done yet and then Phill proceeds to sit in my stream and 2 hours later that same video concept idea I came up with gets posted on his channel. You can also tell in his video that he did which was called "Find the Gummy Zero Point Sprite" that the video is rushed and very sloppy as he wanted to get ahead of my video idea and steal it. Another thing to mention as well he also said he recorded the video the day before but that is a huge lie in itself as on Apple products you can change the "Time and Date" of any Video or Picture on the device. He also wanted to pay me $30 to settle the issue but I declined. I'm a firm believer in Jesus Christ as well and God and there are things I don't agree with in which I've stated before but that doesn't make me hate anyone. Phill also states that I'm this hateful person when in fact I am not and if anything I have Twitch Chat Transcripts of him even saying that people who are "gay or transgender" should be listed in the category of mentally illed people. He had also had another stint as well where there was a guy who made AI videos of me saying some really nasty stuff and shockingly Phill was having a conversation with the guy in Discord and when I called him out for that because he knew the guy made the videos he couldn't back any evidence up showing that he didn't know and that he wasn't talking to the guy. This man also claims I am jealous of him and his community and the thing is I am not and why would I want to be jealous of a guy who's built a community on scamming little kids and begging minors for money in the past to grant them YouTube mod. Phill claims he is this man that never makes a mistake and is this "perfect" human being but when he steps out of line and someone calls him out he gets all defensive and can't handle the heat. I also want to say as well that he claims the comments of where he would stalk and harass me at a comic con next month is a "joke" but in reality a Judge would not see it that way and would consider it a threat as well knowing in the video another person stated it was "weird and you shouldn't do that." I'll be including all screenshots and video footage of everything that is needed just to show you all the crap that's lying about and also has said to or about me.

Begging your viewers for SUBS and scamming your viewers over a Fortnite Gummy Zero Point Sprite is honestly disgusting behavior. If you're taking part in scamming people or selling Sprites in Fortnite for money you're straight up garbage.
