#Eurovision2023 #ESC2023

Root! We unpacked the Riverfolk expansion and threw some lizards into the game. I had the honor to play them and had to learn you can really bleed them dry, if you don't involve them in fights for a number of consecutive turns. But I don't give up so easily! Thanks, @colewehrle!

Near and Far! We just started a new campaign in the beautiful world of Ryan Laukat! Can't wait for the story to unfold. 😍 instagram.com/p/Bz-_XI4I6fL/…

Monumental! In Essen I had the chance to play an advanced prototype of the current Kickstarter. Well, I am glad I didn't intent to back it. Disclaimer: the following complaints are totally… instagram.com/p/BpxaE1cjfcg/…

Monumental! Besides the issues mentioned in the last post, I wanted to add that there is potential for a lot of downtime here. Sure we were in the process of getting the game explained to… instagram.com/p/BpymZgtjMPy/…

We went to a Cat Café earlier today and wanted to pay a coin to get a cat, but the owners wouldn't let us. @jameystegmaier, what did we wrong? #charterstone
Charterstone by @stonemaiergames ! We liked the 1st third of our campaign so far. But w/o the automata I don't think two players only is optimal. Once the chests are in the deck, I feel you don't cycle through the deck enough to acquire them to have inactive charters auto-built.

Azul! Who could have guessed that one of the hottest games to come out of Essen would be an abstract game in which you take the role of a Portuguese manufacturer of floor and wall tiles? Had only one play so far, but as far as I can tell: A very well crafted game by @PlanBGames_
We are playing Gloomhaven for nine months now. So much content! And still: the game continues to be incredibly well balanced. It's constantly exciting and we often enough cash in the victory on our last breath. That alone speaks volumes on this incredible design. @Cephalofair

Imaginarium by @BDMontagnes @StudioBombyx is an upcoming engine building game that was demoed at #SPIEL17. As owners of a dream factory you can gather engine parts, merge or dismantle them by choosing the corresponding actions. First impressions were really great! Can't wait.

The Others - challenging for both sides of the table and feels epic in scope while being incredibly streamlined. <3 @eric_lang @CMONGames

Dice Forge! Beautiful game by @Libellud. First game was a lot of fun, although I am not sure about the replayability. Recommend it anyway!
