That's no problem. Just package it up as best you can, it doesn't matter if it's not the original packaging. Make sure to include a returns slip - you can write one on a piece of paper: Name, address, account number, reason for return and the item details.

You'll also need to attach a returns label to the outside of the parcel. You can get this from 'My Account' on our website. You can then take the parcel to any click and collect or Royal mail store and make the return. Thanks, Innes
