Bear in mind the principle of the meaning, given that old world betrothals do not exist in the modern world and we don't have paid promised brides to men any more.

I'm not religious, but I think people could learn a lot from some of the bible, especially with some insane takes I've read online recently.

Imagine being so stupid to think that the English flag is the same as the Nazi flag. No wonder he's locked his replies. His granddad should have also told him that collaborators should be shot, because he'd be first against the wall for being like this.
My Granddad parachuted into France to end fascism in Europe. He told me they would come back one day because people were extremely naive and stupid. He was right. We will have to fight them again only this time on our own soil. Its not patriotism its fascism.
