number of districts in same percentage as number of minorities in their states. Struck down "racial gerrymandering."

Let's agree birthright citizenship is bad policy. Why should US want illegals to have children here who can later vote even tho living in another country with no allegiance to US? Will SCOTUS read constitution as written, eg birthright only for children of slaves?
