Her name was Jean Gragg, she was 40 years old.
Her son had arranged to sell a watch on Facebook Marketplace.
The buyer came to their own home in South Bend, Indiana.
Police say that 18-year-old buyer, John Ford, pulled out a gun, said āI need it,ā and tried to rip the watch out of the sonās hands.
Jean did what a mother doesā¦ she stepped BETWEEN them.
She put herself in front of the gun and chased him off her property.
Then, police say, surveillance video shows the coward turning and firing at her MULTIPLE TIMES as she turned around and ran back toward her house.
He sh0t her in the head.
He threw the gun over a fence and ran.
On Saturday, Jean Gragg sadly passed away.
He is now charged with M*RDER.

About a month ago I broke the news that they did the same thing with their second home in Marin County.
The $9.1M home was a cash purchase by an LLC managed by Jennifer Siebel Newsom on 11/6/24. She got a $6.5M cashout refi at 6.75% interest on 2/6/25 in the name of the LLC, but guaranteed by its members - JSN and her parents, Ken & Judy Siebel. (No, he wasn't part of Siebel Systems.)
Question -
Who provided capital funding to MHBD Farms, LLC so it could purchase the home?
Based on my examination of 15 yrs of Newsom's financial disclosures, tax returns, and real estate transactions (info in thread ā¬ļø), they absolutely did not have $9.1M in cash. They still have their Sacramento-area home (and the mortgage), so no cash from that.

That brings back soooo many memories! We used to take care of the kidsā shoes at Payless as they grew up.
Now so many goods come from China on apps like Temu and Amazon. Iām not saying Iām not guilty of using those, but inflation is tough on seniors on social security, who MUST work on the side to live!
