I have to give major props to @elgato for making the dual PC setup on the Wave XLR PRO so easy. I think I spent like an hour from physical set up to software download to getting mixes right. Plugging all that into vmix was FAST.

"Wave XLR Pro doesn't have a noise gate."
It has an Expander, more versatile than a noise gate.
An expander lowers the volume of quieter sounds rather than muting completely. This avoids the abrupt cutting from a traditional noise gate.
If you still prefer a noise gate, simply max out your gain reduction.
