Seeing loads of such nonsense all day on this platform. Great example of herd mentality which doesn't require any critical thinking skills. You don't have to like Arsenal and Arteta. Please watch the other 19 teams who are playing such lovely football every single week.
Can't remember the last time I saw so many rival fans dislike a team as much as this Arsenal side. There is almost nothing to like, from manager to playing style to on-field antics. Imagine that much talent, and spending that much money, only to choose to play like this!

The audacity of Jim Ratcliffe, a British billionaire who migrated to Monaco to avoid paying taxes, but was trying to get UK taxpayer money to enable his stadium project, saying this. Using ‘colonised’ when actual British colonialism resulted in over 100 million Indian deaths between 1881-1920 alone, transportation of 3.5 million African slaves, and an endless array of other atrocities with the impact still being felt today. And when the success of Manchester United, on the field and commercially, is in large part dependent on foreigners. Vile, vile, vile.

The Benfica GK scoring in the final minute against Real Madrid to keep his team alive in the UCL is insane. 🤯

Hamnet is so so good. It is one of the most emotionally honest films I have watched for some time.

🧵Who is Francesca Orsini? Many people here have expressed ignorance about her work. Lets change that. Her google scholar profile mentions that she has 2500 academic citations. That’s over two thousand published journal articles or academic books referencing her work.1/n
I have no views on this scholar Francesca Orsini. Had never heard of her. But those of us from a rooted background, who speak Hindi at home, read Hindi books as well, can only roll our eyes at this rather bizarre claim that 'few have shaped our understanding' of Hindi literary culture like a British SOAS Prof! 🙄

"Yesterday, we were hanged fighting for India's freedom And today, for speaking our mother's tongue, we become Bangladeshi?" Powerful protest poster by East Bengal fans at a Durand cup match today. Doubly significant given the club's principal support base consists of Partition refugees.

If dishonest intellectuals manipulated by social media are done with comparing India to Israel and Pakistan to Palestine, I suggest they invest more time in researching how the Pakistani state has used terror to hurt and destabilise India for decades and continues to do so.

India targetted the terror camps in which few civilians got killed, and the entire narrative was that Ind are attacking civilians & starting a war. Pak has been targetting civilian areas 3 days in a row, yet somehow they are the victims. Nauseating stuff.

What we know: Death toll in Pakistan’s Cross LOC artillery firing has now risen to 7 civilians, 33 injured, 6 in Poonch and one in Mendhar. These civilians are no less innocent than those killed in Pahalgam. While Indian armed forces have targeted terror infrastructure, Pakistan has once again targeted civilian population. #OperationSindoor
