And that's when it feels wrong to let Sage go alone, fells wrong to be where she was. Maybe Sage also felt this way when she revived Reyna. Felt like Reyna's place was by her side. Reyna felt it so strongly that she sat down to write Brim an email. The place she was needed most was by her side. And that's where she'd be.

I saw the email first and only then I paused to check the other lore drops. I thought they were planning a mission there with more agents. No, Sage is going just to learn how to heal from the crystals. They don't know that Omega plans an attack. Reyna is not going there to fight by her side. She thinks they could attack again, but it's not a declared confrontation. She's going to make sure Sage will be okay. It's 100% personal. There's zero explanation in mission terms.
