On this Father’s Day I made a commitment to my children that I am now going to be sober for the rest of my life.. I understand it will be a long journey and I will have to take each day as it comes…if any of my ape’s have taken this journey, any advice would be welcomed 🙏🏻

If you watch enough racing you’ll have seen that exact ride that Sean Bowen just gave Loro White, he keeps them out the back and keeps them wide give the horse absolutely no chance… the guy is an absolute fraud…
He is nowhere near the best jumps jockey
