Due to the forecasted heavy snow and high winds this weekend, the City of Brantford, along with its partner organizations and vendors, have made the joint decision to reschedule Brantford’s Winter Fun Fest to Saturday, March 22, 2025. Additionally, Wilfrid Laurier University Brantford Campus has also made the decision to reschedule their Purple and Gold Party at One Market to Saturday, March 22, 2025. Family Day activities will continue as planned on Monday, February 17, 2025 with fun, family-friendly options available across the City. Learn more at Brantford.ca/WinterFunFest. We thank the community for their patience and understanding. We encourage everyone to travel safely throughout the city this weekend. Motorists are reminded to stay back and never pass a working snowplow – patience and space help crews clear the roads more effectively. Whenever possible, please avoid parking on the street to give plows the room they need to work. See full public notice: brantford.ca/en/brantford-s-…
