I’m sorry, but what in the world is our podcast doing at the Radio Academy Industry Awards (ARIAS) 🤯💚 I get that it’s innovative and different, that was the idea. Voice Notes Suck after all 😅💚 It’s exciting, there’s a Red Carpet in London at The Roundhouse… and that’s more than a little daunting, much as I love a tux… I’m excited, nervous, feeling a bit pinch me - am I dreaming, wondering if we belong (we really don’t, but we do!), very grateful and more feelings that I can’t explain 💯💚 This is the epitome of ‘in it to win it’, or if you don’t shoot - you don’t score. The nomination is completely unexpected and opportunity it presents is massive 🙌💚 Not just from the ability to network and make new relationships, which on it’s own is huge. But we have a National Award Nomination to attach to our podcast forever 🫡💚 So, here’s to another month of waiting… of nervous anxiety, of wondering if we will win, of pinching myself to make sure it’s still real 🙏💚 And a month of dining out on the nomination!
