ALT As the days start getting colder, we are looking for Warm Space volunteers with Cardiff council in central hub library. We are looking for individuals who are confident speaking with members of the public, signposting them to various services and making hot refreshments. Warm spaces are spaces that anyone is welcome to get in from the cold and warm up with a cuppa. Our Hubs are at the heart of the communities they serve, so we’re looking for people who want to make an active difference to their communities and help to create a safe environment for people.

ALT Cardiff Council is currently recruiting new members to join its Independent School Appeals panel. Parents and carers have the legal right to appeal against the admission authority's decision to refuse their child a place at their preferred school and these appeals are heard by an independent panel of three individuals.
