Hannah, @theSNP, drop Net Zero! Open up the North Sea, get Rosebank, Cambo, Jackdaw working. A working North Sea industry will boost Aberdeen, that is what it needs. 1/2

Westminster has treated Aberdeen and Scotland as an afterthought, and squandered £400bn of our energy wealth. Scotland can do so much better. In Aberdeen South, vote SNP, and vote Richard Thomson, on 18th June.

"Independence means rejoining the EU....." Eh? Get independent, give independence away to the EU! @StephenGethins is a smart guy, but this is a really stupid tweet. @VoteSovereignty
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Independence means rejoining the EU, and taking our international responsibilities seriously 🇬🇧Staying in the UK means remaining isolated in Brexit Britain 🇪🇺 Apparently wanting to rejoin Europe is now separatist 🤔 This argument wouldn’t make sense anywhere else

Well said, Hazel. Think SNP are in trouble, biggest party, but will they risk teaming up with the Greens, dangerous mob, imo, did not work out too well the last time. Voters ought to read their manifesto, dangerous stuff. Alternative, team up with a UK party, not a good look!
For the 3rd election running we warned that “Both Votes SNP” would waste regional votes and hand seats to unionist parties. That warning became reality. Reform has entered Holyrood with 17 seats while pro-indy list representation collapsed again adding yet another unionist bloc into Scotland’s Parliament. People will blame smaller pro-indy parties rather than confront the bigger picture: new parties rarely break through without wealthy backers, media machines, or establishment support. Reform had all three. Grassroots indy parties did not. We had volunteers, belief, and ordinary people giving everything they could. Activists trying to sound the alarm before it was too late because we could see exactly where this was heading. This is heartbreaking because it was avoidable. And deep down, many within the SNP know it was avoidable too. Ask yourself this: why are pro-independence votes for anyone outside the SNP always dismissed and only SNP votes count towards Scottish sovereignty? A movement serious about independence should not sneer at other pro-indy votes as wasted, divided, or illegitimate. It should be trying to maximise all pro-independence representation not treating one party’s dominance as more important than the national cause itself. Unless something changes now, the next term could see pro-independence representation diluted even further, with the movement trapped in permanent decline under a strategy that no longer works. Scotland needs honesty. Scotland needs strategic change. And Scotland needs a movement willing to adapt before it is too late.

Cowdenbeath this morning. It was quiet – as expected on a holiday Monday – but the conversations I did have were sobering. The level of apathy and hopelessness is the worst I can remember. Politics simply isn’t working for people, and trust in politicians has collapsed completely. The @SNP and @UKLabour have let us down badly. There’s a huge amount of work to do to rebuild that trust. One conversation at a time. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💙 @LiberateScot @VoteSovereignty #AllianceToLiberateScotland #HR26
