The only real way a 3rd party or independent candidate can succeed is if they present themselves as ideologically syncretic & outside the conventional political spectrum by taking the best from standard ideologies; making it hard for them to be accused of “spoiling” a Dem or Rep.

Logging back into this account after a whole year to say that the reason why Trump won is because the Democrats screwed up. The best example is the fact that they tossed out an entire primary by forcing Joe Biden to withdraw instead of letting anyone run against him at the start.

To follow on my last tweets, I will NOT be deleting this account. I’ve put a lot of effort into this account and I would like to preserve it as a means to show how there is in fact support for dismantling the two party system. I’ll just be logging this account off of my devices.

Well, I’m officially giving up on this account. The past couple years, since the last presidential election, has made me truly see the political system in a way that I feel like no genuine solutions are being offered by anyone at all, including any currently existing 3rd parties.

I have come to the conclusion that to get rid of 2 major parties that are not getting anything done is by replacing them with a single party that will do things right, not multiple that do not even offer any real solutions and espouse quackery versus empirically-justified logic.

Rest assured I will personally still support third party and independent candidates wherever they appear on the ballot, at this point purely as a protest against the Democrats and Republicans. Dismantling the two-party system to let others flourish, however, is out of my radar.

The irony of Democrats who use the hashtag #VoteBlueToSaveDemocracy is that the Democratic Party believes that everyone should have the right to vote for anyone they want to except primary challengers to Joe Biden or third party and independent candidates in the general election.

What’s happening outside the Democratic Party’s HQ shows how idiotic the majority of the ceasefire folks are. They should just accept that the Democrats are as complicit in the status quo as the Republicans are & form their own party (or join a different one that already exists).

Congressman Dean Phillips of Minnesota, who is running for POTUS in the Democratic Party’s primary, just said on CNN a shame on anyone running for President outside of the two major parties. I never thought that there was someone less deserving of being POTUS than Biden or Trump.
