Since late December, I have been working alongside
@__Smit and Justin Kaplan to create an application to aid VALORANT players and organizations improve their performance. The software will feature automated scrim stat tracking using the
@TheOverwolf API, a daily survey with questions specifically targeted at VALORANT Players, and insights driven by the two in tandem.
While I was studying at the University of Virginia, I came across an article written by our basketball team's coaching staff, "Dribbles and Data", where the premise was discussing the usage of data outside of direct basketball statistics in order to find improvements in an athletes game. Some of this data included sleep duration, heart rates, breathing rates, and body temperature.
When I joined
@teamrrqofficial as an analyst, one of my primary goals was to start a similar initiative at a more fundamental level. This included having players complete a daily survey to track their habits. This data would then be used alongside scrim and match stats to find where players may be the most consistent and what habits were hindering their gameplay.
The software will be fairly straight forward at launch, but this is by design. I want to work with players and staff alike to build a tool that is useful. To join the waitlist for a tentative launch on March 20th, visit
