I dreamed this, woke up, went straight to the mic, and recorded it. In my journeys in Hollywood, the music industry/business, I have indeed walked alongside the devil. Growing up on the grounds of my dad’s church, I would often go into the church by myself and play piano and sing, even and especially in the middle of the night. Believe it or not, the church is actually known for its amazing acoustics and has had GRAMMY award wining recordings made in it. One time in the recent past some friends of mine were in the Bay at the same time I was, and I invited them to see the church. As they laid on the floor of the church basking in the colored sunlight casting through the stained glass windows, they asked me if I would play something. I went to the piano and decided to just improvise the music and words in real time, and something told me to press record on a voice memo as I began. This is what came through.
