One of the best parts of this industry is the relationships. We loved having members of our Agency Council together to catch up, share ideas, learn from each other, and spend time with people who make this work so rewarding. Conversations like this make us better, and we’re grateful for the trust our agency partners place in us to take care of their clients. #WeAreWCF

Last week, we had the honor of recognizing someone who shows up every day for people in their darkest moments. Dr. Becky Gardiner, founder of Soulful Strides Sanctuary, is our 2026 Woman Entrepreneur of the Year. Supporting entrepreneurs and local business owners who are making a difference in their communities is at the heart of why we do what we do. As we mark Mental Health Awareness Month, her work is a reminder of what it looks like to truly show up for others. #WeAreWCF

Supporting the communities where our people live and work is something we'll always make time for. Our Colorado team recently did just that—joining RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.) for a cleanup at James A. Bible Park, and volunteering at A Precious Child to help sort donated clothes for local families. Grateful for partners like these, and for the impact we can make together. #WeAreWCF

There's something special about watching student athletes recognized for the way they show up on and off the field—as leaders, as teammates, as examples for everyone around them. This week, we had the honor of presenting the “Bleed Blue Leadership Award” at Boise State University’s Best of the Blue event to two Broncos who do exactly that—natural leaders who make their teammates better. The award was presented by our very own VP of Claims Services, Dan Stephens—a former Boise State athlete and record holder himself. Watching him back on campus celebrating the next generation of Broncos was a full-circle moment, and a reminder of why we are grateful to support the communities that mean so much to us. Congratulations to every student honored this week. Go Broncos! #WeAreWCF

75% of our accounts are now paperless. It didn't make a headline. Neither did the transit passes our team uses instead of driving, or the time our team spent cleaning up flower beds and creating seed bombs to promote native wildflower growth along local trails. None of it is flashy, and that's kind of the point. Doing the right thing isn't always loud—sometimes it just looks like a habit. The people we protect live in these communities. Same air, same water, same streets. Taking care of this place is just part of taking care of them. Because people matter—and so do the places they call home. Happy Earth Day from all of us at WCF! 🌍 #WeAreWCF

Some of the best workdays don't happen at a desk. WCF team members recently volunteered with Tiny Tim's Foundation for Kids, assembling wooden toy cars that will land in the hands of children who could use a little extra joy right now. A huge thank you to Tiny Tim's for letting us be part of something so meaningful.❤️ #WeAreWCF

We recently teamed up with our partners at the Utah Jazz and the Salt Lake City Police Department through our Community Connections program, packing care kits that SLCPD officers and social workers can hand out when responding to calls in the field. Partnerships like these make a real difference—not just for a day, but for the people and communities we all serve. #WeAreWCF

By staying focused, expanding how we support our customers, and strengthening partnerships across our business, we continued to grow the right way. Thanks to our Idaho team for their recent time volunteering at the Idaho Foodbank! Together, they helped pack 11,000 pounds of food to support families across the state. We’re grateful for this meaningful partnership and the impact we’ve made together over the years, with WCF support helping provide more than 90,000 meals to Idahoans experiencing food insecurity. We’re proud to be part of work that truly puts people first. ❤️ #WeAreWCF

It’s never too early to introduce the next generation to the possibilities of this industry! Recently, one of our IT team members welcomed their nephew for a job shadow day—showing him what it looks like to put people first, solve real problems, and build a career rooted in curiosity and care. Moments like this remind us that investing in people—and sharing what we do—is how culture starts, long before the first job title. #WeAreWCF

So proud of our WCF IT team for spending the day at SheTech Explorer Day, inspiring students through hands-on science activities and real-world tech examples. It’s always exciting to show young people that STEM careers exist far beyond labs and tech startups—they’re essential in industries like insurance, where data, engineering, and innovation shape everything we do. We’re grateful for the incredible STEM talent at WCF who help us build safer workplaces and stronger communities every day. #WeAreWCF

At WCF, we invest in our employees, and in the strength of the teams they’re part of. Serving together in our local communities is one of the most meaningful ways we build trust, connection, and shared purpose.   Recently, Chip Borrego from our Commercial Claims team joined his colleagues to serve at a local soup kitchen, and he shared this reflection:   “There’s something special about stepping away from our desks and working side‑by‑side for a shared cause. Serving together helps us build trust and connection in a way that only hands‑on work can.”   We’re grateful for opportunities that help us grow, give back, and make an impact together. ❤️ #WeAreWCF

While tools and capabilities continue to evolve, trust, expertise, and partnership remain at the heart of how we deliver an excellent insurance experience together. Thank you to everyone who joined us and to our incredible agency partners for the collaboration, insight, and shared commitment.
