We've written to all the party leaders at Holyrood, asking them to call time on lesbian invisibility.
We talked about the importance of the lesbian perspective, asked what their party will do to secure implementation of the FWS Supreme Court ruling, and that they work to ensure lesbian needs are included in all future decision making.

I have a suggestion for how they could drive forward tangible action for women and girls’ rights here in the UK. Enforce the law as clarified by the UK Supreme Court in April 2025.
This week in New York, Baroness @Jacqui_Smith1 led the UK delegation at the UN Commission on the Status of Women. She was joined by the Special Envoy for Women and Girls and Minister Alex Davies-Jones to drive forward tangible action for women and girls' rights.

We hoped to be at Alloa Women's Festival @ff_scotland today but it wasn't possible. We wish them all the best for a fantastic day and meantime consider signing up to our declaration. International sisterhood is going to be even more important in the coming months and years.
