What a great group of kids that we had from the @FirstTee program for the @TheFirstGreen event at the OJ Noer Turfgrass Research Facility! They learned about turf, soils, pests, & equipment. Thanks to @plkoch2, @djsoldat, @kurtaculous, @dwmarach, and PJ Liesch for helping out.

The state's newest short course, Wee Nip, is officially open. It was great joining several WGCSA members, including superintendent Seth Brogren for the ribbon cutting ceremony @YourGrandGeneva The course looks like a ton of fun thanks to the design by @Dusenberry_Golf

For the 3rd year, the WGCSA co-ran the @wisconsin_ffa Career Development Event with our friends @TheBruceCompany. We had nearly 50 students participating who, as part of the curriculum, studied our state BMP manual. Hopefully, we see 1 or 2 of these kids joining our industry!
