2 hours and still waiting for @VirginAustralia to tell us where we are sleeping tonight. An unplanned stopover in Brisbane after a 1.5 hour unexplained delay borked the connecting flight. Itās truly sad the state of Australian carriers. @FijiAirways vastly superior in every way.

My personal favourite* moment - being told there is no person who handles accomodation booking. Only an online portal that apparently, once interacted with, exists in some parallel dimension. āSend an emailā - which I did - the automated reply said they respond withinā¦ 7 days!
