Our Chaplaincy Team are supporting the Food Bank Collection for Kingβs Table Warrington and Runcorn until the 9th October.
Any food donation of tins, jars, packets or toiletries can be left with the Warrington and Halton Hospital Chaplaincies and will be grateful received.

This #CarersWeek we have been sharing tips to help with carer wellbeing. Carers can find it hard to find time for themselves, today we look at the importance of self care.

ALT Supporting carer wellness this Carers Week. Make time for self care. Self care is important for keeping your own physical and emotional health in check. Hobbies and interests help to ease stress, or you could reach out to family and friends to help you with other tasks such as shopping. Removing other tasks off your list can help reduce the mental load of caring. Take a moment if you can to access counselling support or you can connect with others going through similar experiences to you via Warrington Carers Hub.
