Why is training with your teammates this summer so important?
Here's an analogy...
The strongest draft horse breed in the world is the Belgian horse. One horse can pull over 8,000 pounds.
So two horses should be able to pull 16,000 pounds, right?
Wrong.
Two Belgian horses yoked together can pull nearly 24,000 pounds.
But it gets even more interesting...
When two horses have trained and worked together, they can pull close to 30,000 pounds.
Why?
Because they're no longer competing against each other. They're working for each other. Each horse is trying to make the load lighter for its teammate.
That's the power of trust, chemistry, and shared work.
This summer, don't train alone.
