As part of our ongoing partnership working with emergency services colleagues, Smethwick Red Watch will be at Sandwell Aquatics this evening from 1830hrs for the Safer 6 campaign. We will be delivering some road safety advice with a variety of interactive activities on offer.
During this morning, multiple crews from @WMFSSmethwick, @WMFSTechRescue and @WMFSWoodgate rescued a dog from the Birmingham Canal on Brasshouse Lane. The dog is now safe and well with our fire crews, and we are currently trying to locate its owners.

Yesterday, we attended @WMFSWestBrom Fire Station at an open day organised by @WMPolice in support of #OpAdvance and @WestMidsFire where we showcased all things to do with fire cadets to young people from various primary schools within the local Sandwell area. 🚒🚓
