The firefighter killed in the line of duty during the riots has now been named, Dorian Damelincourt was 24 years old and is believed to have suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest.
Details on how this tragedy occurred exactly are still not fully known at this time, but we do know he was tackling multiple vehicle fires caused by rioters in the city.
As stated before, my comments remain firmly with his family, friends and colleagues at this tragic time.

My thoughts are with our brothers and sisters in Paris, overnight a 24 year old firefighter was killed in the line of duty as riots continue in the city.
My thoughts as always at this tragic time are also with the firefighters family and friends, who will all be in pain today.
