7) Make your host business busier with your presence and reap the reawards. Most cities have several breweries or distilleries. So if its working than copy or tweak your model and hire your friends to do it at another craft spot. Repeat and repeat.

8) Build out your branding as you go and license or franchise your concept to other enthusiastic entrepreneurs in other cities and you can take this small and make it into a real business. Finding your niche and being passionate at it will go along way. Happy shucking!
