Today, we celebrate the birthday of the U.S. Army and honor the Soldiers who have served our nation with courage, dedication, and sacrifice. Founded on June 14, 1775, the Army’s legacy is built on generations of service and commitment to protecting our freedoms. To celebrate, the West Palm Beach VA Healthcare System came together this past Friday to recognize the Army’s birthday with cake, camaraderie, and appreciation for all who have worn the uniform. Thank you to all Veterans, past and present, for your service. #ArmyBirthday #USArmy #Veterans

Stay healthy this BBQ season with these food safety tips : ⏰ Don’t leave food out for more than 2 hours. 🧊 Refrigerate leftovers right away so that the internal temperature reaches 41°F or below within 6 hours. 🚫 Don’t take chances with your health! If you don’t know how long food has been sitting around, toss it out.

They were sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, friends, and heroes. Today we pause to honor all who gave their lives defending our nation and the families who carry their memory. Their sacrifice is remembered, today and always. Never forgotten.
