1. We propose a generalized mathematical framework for estimating Heteroscadastic Aleatoric Uncertainty for any Neural Network.
2. We show that this gives rich informational cues for various robotics tasks.

We observed that insects use minimal information for navigation. We realized "It's not the information but uncertainty is the key!"
