In Brutal Doom 21v there is an unused version of the icon of sin known as the "Titan"
In beta build it was humanoid in gold version it was using body of Alien Queen from Duke Nukem 3D. The titan from 21v gold is the boss in map "Icon of Sin Is Dead" from mappack After Doom.
