What do companies still get wrong about PR?
Among other things, that is what we asked Danielle Coimbra, Wallesterâs Head of PR, whose career spans more than twenty years across journalism, communications, and fintech operations - and across very different markets too.
She started out in Brazil, first in reporting and later in PR. A move to Europe followed, and along the way she also spent time inside Wise in financial crime investigation. She joined Wallester in late 2025 and now works at the intersection of media, visibility, and reputation, at a moment when AI is reshaping all three.
So we spoke with her about what journalists really care about, why earned media will always matter, what companies get wrong about visibility, and why PR reaches far beyond media coverage alone.
