Arsenal released him at 13 & Fulham at 16. He stacked shelves at Tesco just to survive Now he's become Arsenal's 3rd most expensive signing EVER Ebereche Eze is coming home I analyzed his data to see if he's worth the hype. Here's what I found out ๐ŸงตMEGATHREAD

12 November 2025 ๐Ÿฅ‚ Diomande should be our primary LW target, not Rogers, not Barcola
12 Nov 2025
๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฎ Yan Diomande is a Superstar He's playing as a RW in this comp which isn't even his primary position and he already looks one of the best in the business His explosive power over the first 5 yards & his dribbling are obviously the standout qualities but I want you to focus on two other things 1) The staple through pass with the outside of his foot. Highlights his technique the capacity to rely on more than just his carrying/dribbling A lot of young players rely too much on the attributes they're already good at which can become a thorn in their development (example Nwaneri - turn & shoot) 2) The quick shuffle he does in tight spaces. For example the goal in this comp This is a monster in the making. Only 18 years old right now but can start for many CL sides In terms of profile, he is like a slightly rawer version of Nico Williams. Might have even better PnP & Ballstriking combo than the Spaniard Diomande is going straight to the top. Arsenal, Barca, Liverpool should all be keeping a close eye on him this season

Ayyoub Bouaddi, top player. But we dont need another generalist for our squad Rice, Wharton and to a big extent MLS qualify for that role. Merino as well if need be Funny to see every tactico who wanted Mateus Fernandes, now want the next shiny toy Get me Wharton

I like Barcola as a player. But him being a 1v1 demon is a myth Check out Europe's best U-23 dribblers over here ๐Ÿ‘‡
๐Ÿ“Š๐Ÿ” Europe's Best Dribblers | U-23 Offensive Duels include both Offensive Duels and Dribblers โšก๏ธ Nusa is very good at 1v1s ๐Ÿ… Doku is still only 23. Scary ๐Ÿ’Ž Palestra scoring so high as a Right Back is of incredible interest to me

Why not Spaletti, Conte or Sarri?

๐ŸšจIntroducing Decision Making Analysis -We often talk about a players decision making in situations. Whether a carry backwards was a good decision or not, whether the pass allowed the receiver to progress or was the receiver tackled etc etc -I decided to approach this problem without using any advanced metrics and purely looking at actions, the cause and the outcome. -Decision rating takes into account whether the pass from the player allowed the receiver to carry it uncontested or were they tackled. It takes into account whether carrying back was a good decision, how good a player was while carrying forward. -It also looks at tempo control, ability to make a pass that buys their teammate time, ability to resist tackles, draw fouls and much more. All in all, it's an attempt to look at a player's Decision making, Vision and Composure. The tables showcase different things like which player got the most time on the ball from their pass, how many of these passes allowed the teammate to run into space uncontested. Below is an example using PL Winger/AMs as the pool and looking at Rayan Cherki, who ranks 2nd for his decision making among these players. Let me know your thoughts, likes and RTs are appreciated.
Worked on something last night that summarizes my work on Tempo Control, Hold-Up, creation, passing, regress-to-progress all into one. The visual is finally ready. So excited to share this with you. Stay tuned.

1 - Diomande / Left Winger 2 - Wharton 3 - Palestra / Right Back 4 - Morgan Rogers / AM 5 - Overlapping Left Back This is the right list as well as the right order of priority
If I'm being honest, that list is so bad in the context of what we actually need

๐Ÿ“Š๐Ÿ“ท Creative Dribblers | Top 5 Leagues ๐Ÿ’ก Chance creation is a Z-score metric combining Expected Assists, Key Passes, Smart passes, Second & Third Assists ๐Ÿ’ก Attacking Thrust is a Z-score metric combining Offensive Duels won, Dribbles and Progressive Carries Lots of talk about dribblers on the TL so I've highlighted some of them - Kinda crazy that Gordon, Barcola and Rogers are all most likely going to be shopped around for 80 million this summer and none of them is an elite dribbler/carrier - Luis Campos pursuing Diomande and Perez pursuing Olise shouldn't come as a surprise. They're 2 of the very best

If this is true and Gnabry not available for less than 45-50 mil. Then we should be all over Olise. Special talent. Wanted him when he was available for a measly 8 mil But 35 aint that bad either. Would still be a steal
Crystal Palace's Michael Olise is thought to have a ยฃ35m release clause in his contract. Top clubs should be all over that this summer.

Same reason a lot of neutrals and United fans think Bruno has had a better season than Rice Moments Very few people watch every game even of the team they support. No fan watches every game for every team So their judgments are based on the highlights they see. Gabriel & Bruno have more highlightable moments than Saliba & Rice Rice and Saliba are obviously the better players
