A great time was had by all at the @WashingpoolFarm Producers' Fest on Sunday. Lots of interest in our ciders. The Whisky Barrel Aged ("perfect with a mince pie") and s.v. Michelin keeved, in particular, went down a storm!

Our Cave Aged Cheddar weighs 1.8 kilos/4lbs. This is made using approximately 18 litres/608fl oz of milk. All the milk is sourced from local, grass-fed dairy cows, and this goes towards giving our cheddar its unique flavours of the region.
