Senator, “ban medication abortion in all 50 states” isn’t what the debate is actually about.
The fight right now is over rules around the abortion pill — things like telehealth prescribing, mailing the drug, and whether in-person medical oversight is required.
You can argue those rules are good or bad.
But calling every regulation a nationwide “ban” skips the actual policy debate.
