As the 78th World Health Assembly takes place, it reminds us of the critical role that WASH play in maternal health.
By improving WASH in our healthcare facilities, we can support safer deliveries and healthier futures for mothers and babies 🤰🤱🏾💧
📝We champion learning that leads to action! In Hanang’ District, 6 model household toilets have been constructed across 4 villages, a powerful demonstration units to inspire change. Already, 8 households and 3 churches have begun building similar toilets based on the models.
This progress is a testament to the tireless efforts of Hanang’ DC health officers and CHWs, who continue to raise awareness through door-to-door campaigns on the importance of proper sanitation. Together, on promoting dignity & health, 1 household at a time.
