Handle was $448.6m, GGR was $34.1m, a 7.6% hold.

Flutter Entertainment has announced it will stop trading its shares on the London Stock Exchange on 31 July 2026 and complete its delisting on 3 August.
After that it will remain listed only on the New York Stock Exchange under the FLUT ticker.

South Korea’s communications regulator has blocked and ordered the termination of 1,280 unlicensed sports betting websites.
From January to June this year, the Korea Communications Standards Commission handled 5,279 cases involving illegal sports gambling sites.
The commission also dealt with 43,718 cases in 2025 and 69,350 cases in 2024.

Technology provider Sportradar has announced a deal with prediction market operator Kalshi.
Sportradar will provide Kalshi with solutions from its newly created Sportsbook Predictions Services division, including official sports data and live odds, fan engagement solutions, customer acquisition solutions, and integrity services.

Bally’s Intralot has agreed to acquire Evoke, the owner of William Hill and 888, in an all-share deal valuing the operator at £243m (US$326m).
Evoke shareholders will receive 0.537 new Intralot shares for each evoke share held. Shareholders will also have the option to elect for a cash alternative of 52p per share, subject to a £117.1m cap.

Macquarie Bank is projecting the 2026 FIFA World Cup to generate record global betting activity.
Macquarie said total global wagers could exceed US$50 billion, with further upside from parlays and player props.
Macquarie forecasts a 2–5% uplift to operator EBITDA in the following year.

Play971 has launched in the United Arab Emirates as the country’s only licensed sports betting and iGaming platform.
Play971 will offer mobile and desktop sports betting and online casino products, launching in time for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Arizona will reopen applications for event wagering licenses from June 26 to July 10, the Arizona Department of Gaming has announced.
