Nobody should dread getting their period because they don’t have enough money left over after buying food to buy tampons and pads.
Yet for many women, this is their monthly reality.
Essentials are not things we can cut back on, they’re the things we all need to survive. 💚

We’re really proud of our amazing team who have delivered over 1,000 parcels this week, but as ever, longing and working for the day this response isn’t needed. Thank you to everyone who donated or volunteered!

A second cut to benefits less than six months after the ÂŁ20 cut to #UniversalCredit is unthinkable.
Benefits must keep pace with the rising cost of essentials – this means increasing benefits by 7% in April to match inflation.
