CRO priorities in a triage situation 1. Prediction. Get forecasting under control. You may not be able to immediately start hitting plan, but you must start hitting forecast. Get in control of the business. 2. Performance. Hit plan. It may not be pretty in terms of efficiency, but now you're predicting (in control) and delivering (hitting plan). 3. Efficiency. Focus on improving GTM efficiency metrics like CAC or CPP. Once you're predicting where you'll land and landing at/above plan, we change the focus to efficiency. Key point: you can't do them all three at once. Like the Red Cross taught me back in the day: bleeding, breathing, poisioning, shock.
