Had a chat with a CEO today who wanted his 40 page org strategy condensed to a 2-pager. I made it fit on the back of a business card. This is also my own working methodology now too. Hope helpful. x

12 month project coming to an end this week. Helped turn a food bank run by one person, one day a week, into a community hub run and owned by the local community.
Community cohesion is where it’s at.

Just listened to a charity podcast where the target audience was definitely just the presenters.
As well as being annoying, these public power plays can also be quite damaging.
Hyping yourself up so much can belittle others.
Back slapping can make others feel excluded.
