It's hard to escape the idea that the primary function of European politics at this point is to suppress speech and platforms that enable speech because European politicians have fucked everything up so badly over the last 20 years and they don't want people talking about it.

Those poor Sudanese immigrants shouldn’t be subject to North Irish racism. They all need to be rescued and returned home as soon as possible

I don’t know a lot about US politics unfortunately. But here’s the rundown: -Steyer: Progressive billionaire who ran for president in 2020. He’s the anti-establishment Democrat candidate that progressives want and the DNC doesn’t. -Becerra: Establishment moderate Democrat

As much as I hate Putin, he has a unique gift of wrangling western politicians. Pretty much no other world leader is this good at constantly tricking our leaders

Starmer is holding back the worst elements of the left whilst keeping immigration low (and heading for net zero) Those demanding he goes are risking a very dangerous gamble. They’re assuming Labour will implode and a general election will be called (where Reform will win if it’s soon) What if they don’t implode? Enjoy a second Boriswave. Starmer is increasingly hated despite his immigration successes, this is great for us in the long term as it drives people our way whilst not actually damaging the country through open borders. If the gamble works, great, if not, then we’re in sketchy territory.

Yeah, his ass is getting Biden’d
🚨 UPDATE: The number of Labour MPs calling for Keir Starmer to resign has now risen to 54 Catherine McKinnell and Alan Gemmell have both made statements in the last few minutes

Starmer isn’t Biden though. Biden was unpopular because his age was a huge concern, it wasn’t necessarily an indictment of the political party Starmer is unpopular because he’s the leader of one of the old major parties who lead to where Britain is today.

He’s the face of the current state of Britain, the parties who absolutely refuse deeply necessary reform. People aren’t sick of Starmer, hell they’re not even sick of Labour. They’re sick of the government Purging him won’t fix anything and will just make Labour look less stable

Europeans be like:
From @WSJopinion: What happens when Europeans find out how poor they are? The Continent trails far behind U.S. economic output. Politics is bound to catch up sooner or later, writes Joseph Sternberg. on.wsj.com/4n5v2Wq
