A much more quiet weekend but a second front Sunday brings a breeze- and a few showers and a storm. Not severe like today but gusty wind in any storm. Severe storms likely stay east of our area but the wind will pick up

Much lower humidity this weekend but still toasty. A few showers a storms Sunday but limited coverage. It will be rather breezy for the day. While severe storms are much more likely to our east Sunday, gusty wind is possible in any shower or storm.

The severe storm in Broadway-Timberville had 60-70mph winds just above the surface. I know we have damage here. Waiting on photos. There's some power outages and wires down near Endless Caverns. I see an Ambient wx station with a 45mph peak gust in that area

All clear on severe for tonight! Still some lingering showers and a few storms but nothing intense. Temps for most have dropped into the 70s and we have a breeze. Clearing tonight. Still hot for the weekend but a BIG drop in humidity.
