Another April update regading this zone, as things were escalating. Just 2 months later, we would see the southern Philippines get hit by a M7.8 - right smack in between the March 2002 M7.5 & August 1918 M8.3. There's still some chance a M8.0 could occur.

⚠️🌏 Magnitude 7.8 #earthquake struck the southern tip of the #Philippines earlier today. This event is something that is worth remembering for future reference in the realm of experimental earthquake predictions.
This region has been shaking hard since Fall 2025, with more recent significant activity since Feb 2026... and from the Chinese Astrology cycle perspective covered here in this channel/account - This EXACT ZONE was a PRIME WATCH Region in the Year of the Horse (12-year cycle) 👀🐎🌏
☯️ The zodiac cycle, of course, isn't what causes earthquakes... but the timing of these dangerous events could be synced with this zodiac cycle, that was derived over 4,000 years ago and passed down as ancient wisdom, back in the day when Chinese Astrology was used to track the seasons and even predict certain weather patterns... looking at their even more in-depth BaZi, which lioks at days/months and not just the years. Could this "predictive" ability extend to Geology, for time and place?
There's a chance it could, but it will need much more research and tracking. Figured I'd make this as a standalone post instead of another reply in the June 2026 quake thread. My thoughts are with the people of the Philippines tonight, may they recover quickly and hopefully get a break from these earthquakes. 🙏
(Though caution is strongly advised, regarding aftershocks and even more possible major quakes). Have a plan, and hope for the best.
