Two things happened in Iran today: 1. An 18 year old was executed by the regime for protesting. 2. A military bridge still under construction and not open to public was hit. Do you know which story got the sympathy/outrage of Leftists and Islamists? The bridge!

Today the regime in Iran executed Amirhossein Hatami— he was just 18 years old. To every privileged Westerner chanting “hands off Iran” while waving the flag of his executioners: this is what you represent—dead Iranians.

Let me show you how this works: It’s Friday morning. You’re in America. Coffee in hand. Half-awake. Scrolling. A headline hits you: “America/Israel bombs residential building, 20 civilians killed, including 5 children.” (These numbers are imaginary) Your stomach drops. You glance at your kid. Or think about your nieces and nephews. Now you’re not just reading anymore, you’re feeling anger, rage, disgust. By the time you get to work, the story has already settled in your mind as truth. At lunch, you bring it up. Your coworkers nod. Of course they do. Why wouldn’t they? It sounds real. Now five more people carry that same anger. They go home. They repeat it. To friends. To family. Online. Just like that, one headline becomes thousands of convictions. But here is what never made it into that headline what you did not see, what no one bothered to check: It wasn’t America. It wasn’t Israel. It was a failed missile fired by the IRGC that fell on its own people. And by the time the truth shows up, if it ever does, the damage is already done. This is what an information war looks like in real time.

🧵/9 #GR2026 #raad020

If a woman sings, men will get aroused and rape her. That’s the kind of logic running Iran. Yet some Western politicians still line up to shake hands with the Islamic Republic’s dictators as if misogyny and medieval theocracy are just another cultural difference. My address in Spanish Parliament.

You might think the stop-the-war crowd are pacifists. Not true. These were the first to explain away the October 7 massacre—“didn’t happen in a vacuum,” “context,” “response to aggression.” Many glorified terror as “resistance.” They oppose war only when democracies fight back.

Every day now, Tehran and Iran wake beneath the sound of explosions and fighter jets. Is it frightening. Yes. Have we been torn out of the rhythm of ordinary life. Yes. Is death possible for us, for our families, for the people we love. Yes. But there is something even more terrifying than all of that: this storm ending, and the terrorist Islamic Regime occupying Iran still standing over our homeland. That is the part the outside world keeps pretending not to understand. They suddenly discovered concern for Iranian lives now, now that war has reached the sky. But during the Jan uprising, during the great massacre, during the blackout, while innocent Iranians were hunted, tortured, and buried in silence, most of these same voices said nothing. Not one cry for Iran. Not one word for our dead. Not one ounce of rage for our stolen youth. So spare us the performance. Spare us the counterfeit pity draped in anti war slogans. We remember exactly where your voice was when Iran was bleeding in the dark. For us, the deepest nightmare is not the sound of war overhead. It is the thought of waking after all this, and finding the occupation still alive.

Kuwaiti political analyst to Channel 14: "We are the occupiers. The colonization came from the Arabs. We have colonized every single country in the North Africa and in the Levant area and everywhere almost. We have over 54 countries that are, called Islam, Muslim countries. So who is the colonizer? Are we really focusing on this, historic piece of geographical area that Israel has been ruling as a Kingdom of Judea for, thousands of years? I don't get this term that my country is using." The disarmament narrative: Hamas attempts to resurrect its reputation inside Gaza. Last month, key US officials advanced discussions on a continued truce and post-war security framework. Reports indicated a proposal for Hamas to hand over most of its weapons, potentially retaining limited light arms. The initiative signaled direct American involvement in shaping Gaza’s future security structure. It also raised immediate questions about feasibility. As disarmament proposals advanced, Hamas messaging pivoted sharply toward alleged abuse of Palestinian prisoners, particularly in Ofer Prison. The timing is significant. By spotlighting alleged prisoner abuse at the very moment weapons handover was being discussed, Hamas sought to consolidate public sentiment against disarmament. Their framing suggests that relinquishing weapons would leave Palestinians defenseless against mistreatment. In this discourse, the fate of prisoners becomes a warning against concessions. The description of Palestinian prisoner abuse as a “new war crime” is designed to create a political environment where agreeing to disarmament would be viewed as collaborating with a "criminal" regime. Senior Hamas figures publicly rejected disarmament. Khaled Meshaal framed it as an attempt to weaken Palestinians. Mahmoud al-Mardawi adopted a slightly more diplomatic stance. He suggested weapons could be transferred only under very specific conditions, telling Arab TV: “The resistance weapons cannot be handed over while the occupation continues its assassinations.” Claiming Hamas was “committed to the ceasefire”, al-Mardawi said the group would not relinquish its weapons until a Palestinian state was established, ratified by Israel. The strategic shift is psychological. By centering prisoner abuse, rejecting disarmament and championing Palestinian self-determination, Hamas is attempting to recapture the moral high ground – rebuilding its legitimacy among the Gazan populace in the face of widespread anger towards the group and cratering support.

Women in Gaza are for sale! The Islamofascists in both Gaza and the West Bank are now cooperating to sell off some of Gaza’s most vulnerable and desperate widows among the rubble, in conditions that mimic the sexual slavery of ISIS. Supposed West Bank financiers are now sending money to Gaza to help sell off, marry off, without any choice or desire, Gaza’s widows who lost their husbands during the war following Hamas’s October 7th attack on Israel. There are pimps, female “matchmakers” who are little more than deliverers of women, financiers, in some cases, little to no family to say yes or no, and widows across the age spectrum, some of them teenagers. This is the sick, horrendous, evil behavior that Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Islamism, and the dark lords of Muslim Palestinian society are involved in and support. This is what so many in the West, including Arab, Muslim, and Palestinian-Americans, are refusing to speak out against by not opposing Hamas and Islamism. This is what university students on elite American campuses support with their despicable, hateful, misplaced, and ineffective “activism” that’s supposedly “pro-Palestine.” Free Gaza’s women from sexual slavery! Free Gaza’s women from servitude! Free Gaza’s women from forced marriages! Free Gaza’s women from the Palestinian ISIS! Free Gaza’s women from the backward elements of social and religious regression!

Palestinian activist from Gaza, Ashraf Nasser, lies in a hospital bed after Hamas militias kidnapped and tortured him for hours, breaking his limbs. His only “crime” was speaking openly about realities that many people in Gaza are too afraid to say aloud. Since their bloody takeover of Gaza in 2007, Hamas has targeted Palestinian voices through kidnapping, torture, and killings. This campaign has intensified since October 7 and again following the latest ceasefire. Yet no major human rights organizations have issued an urgent call demanding that Hamas halt these abuses or hold those responsible accountable.

Yes we asked for this. Military intervention to overthrow the regime in Iran is objectively less human lives costly than a popular uprising with no outside support. Let these facts sink in for a minute. 1 week of non stop bombing has led to ~1,200 civilian deaths according to HRANA Islamic Republic admitted to killing ~3,100 civilians (or what they call ‘rioters’) in 2 nights from Jan 8-9 The regime according to its own numbers killed 3 times the number of civilian casualties in this war so far in a span of 2 nights. HRANA confirmed ~7,000 deaths with 12,000 cases still under review (20k death in total). Most estimates hover around 30K deaths. At the current rate of casualties this war has to go on for nearly 30 more weeks before we even reach the number of deaths in January. Tens of thousands died in January. How many IRGC bases did we destroy? How many top commanders did we eliminate? How many would’ve needed to die to get our hands on Khamenei? You will never gaslight us. You (IRGC supporters) are responsible for every drop of blood spilled both in January and now. You dragged our country to this hell.

From my earliest childhood, and later as part of my evolving identity as a left feminist peace activist, I opposed wars of any kind. As then, so today, love and solidarity remain part of my vision for a better world. The chasm between a utopian vision and a dystopian reality sharpened after October 7th. Re-reading reality, including the meaning of my participation in many peace gatherings, in Israel and abroad, I came to understand that there is privilege in the unwillingness to recognize the forces of evil that stand to annihilate us. That in a world built on power and combat, an automatic call for peace can invite the powers of evil rather than eradicate them. Being a feminist, for me today, means not falling asleep on watch while dreaming of a better world. Lofty ideals cannot protect us from the reality of totalitarian, dictatorial, and oppressive forces that enslave their own populations and seek to destroy Israel and the Free world. In a time when feminism is split apart, I stand beside the Iranian girl in the picture. The forces fighting against Iran's oppressive regime are not fascists. History has taught us what happens when you try to appease the forces of evil. There are things worth fighting for. A liberating Women's Day to all. 🌸
