Real-life brand experiences still matter. People want more than ads and screens, they want moments they can actually step into. Well and Good creates those experiences for brands across North America. For nearly 20 years, Transmitter Studios has supported that work with custom tools built for the realities of live events and in-store activations. At the Birkenstock x Browns installation at Yorkdale Mall, customers could receive free laser etching for their footwear. To support the event, we built a custom event and order management app that helped the team manage the experience from start to finish. The app made it easy to: -track every order -notify customers by SMS and email -print receipts on site -keep the event moving efficiently -support a brand experience people actually wanted to talk about Good software should never get in the way of a great experience. It should help make it unforgettable.

I first met Robbie Robertson at Le coq D’or in Toronto in 1964 when The Guess Who was just taking off with “Shakin’ All Over.” He played so incredibly that I took the opportunity to ask him how. He said the secret was to buy a set of Gretsch Strings and put them on his Telecaster. So the extra 2 strings meant he strung a High E, a B and then another B instead of the G. This allows you to bend them to play blues notes. It literally transformed my entire style of playing and stayed with me throughout my career.
